We want you to love your Gathre pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn and unwashed items. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original box or a similar mailer, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
